For example, we just closed the applications portal for the inaugural “Chen Institute and Science Prize for AI Accelerated Research.” This exciting prize seeks innovative applications of AI in life or physical sciences. Winners will be announced mid-2025.

Dear Friends, We’re excited to share news of our inaugural AI Prize for Accelerated Research, organized in partnership with Science Magazine, to recognize young researchers who apply techniques in artificial intelligence to help the research community solve important problems and accelerate their work.

Dear Friends, Spring has sprung and we are happy to share with you our 2023 Annual Report. The report aims to recap for you the tremendous research conducted by the Tianqiao and Chrissy Chen Institute for Neuroscience at Caltech, the Tianqiao and Chrissy Chen Institute for Translational Research in Shanghai and the Chen Frontier Labs.
