Professor Jinbo Hu, Director of Chinese Academy of Sciences Shanghai Branch, Academician Xu Zhang, President of Chinese Neuroscience Society, and Professor Xiaoming Xie, Director of Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology will deliver speeches at the forum.
